My Journey towards a Healthy Lifestyle

Change is something that creates magic if we can accept it but a misfortune if we can’t take it as it comes. Likewise, healthy lifestyle is a big change in our lives that takes a lot of effort and time.

Often mothers tend to overlook themselves on the path of motherhood journey. They could lose track of themselves of healthy eating and regular exercising habits.

Similarly, with me, I took my eating and exercising habit for granted. During this phase, the scale never seemed to stop getting higher. Due to the weight issues, I develop pain in my legs, back and couldn’t do simple tasks without a cramp.

I knew everything about eating healthy and exercising, however, making excuses and not making commitments became my second habit.

Time went by and I’ve gained pretty much of weight that it began to affect my overall health physically as well as mentally. It was time for a big change then and even now. I am still in the process of this life-changing path.

You just have to make it your habit, as simple as it is. And I mean it.

So, let’s make this journey a successful one. If you are also feeling the same as I do, hold my hand and let’s take the first step on this journey together.

“It’s not easy and it’s not that difficult as well. All you have to do is to just make a small change in your lifestyle. Only 15 minutes of activity a day is what it takes.”

I believe, from here onwards, I will be posting the struggles and successes I would face in the process of healthy living and exercise. And I hope that I can make a small difference in other’s lives as well.
