Week 1 Challenge: A Baby Step towards Being New You
The change that I’ve discussed earlier in my previous article should proceed now by taking a small step towards New you. It is absolutely achievable through implementing small behavioural changes in your life. So, how can you make small changes in coming days?
If you’re wondering how to execute the behavioural changes in your coming days, then I would suggest starting your day by drinking a glass of water on an empty stomach. It not only helps to flush out toxin from your body but also perks you up for the rest of the day.
If you are a busy Mom then try to make a priority list for yourself. The family responsibility is certainly one of the highest priorities in life, however, being a healthy mother impacts not only you but the whole family.
Therefore, try to stick with it for almost a week. Once your body gets used to it, you will begin to see many positive changes in your body and mind.
To hold on to the plan, prepare everything night before. It can be done by placing a bottle of water on a bedside table where you can reach and see first thing in the morning. It helps to remind you what you need to do when you wake up.
Soon in no time, you will realize, it becomes your habit. And the plan is to input a healthy habit from the beginning.
You can even stimulate yourself by setting an alarm or reminder to drink a glass of water when you wake up. This way you’ve taken your first step towards being New you.
Once you’ve accomplished your first lifestyle change, make it your custom and follow it religiously.
In the next few weeks, I will be discussing another new routine that we have to put into practice to accomplish our step towards being New you. I hope in the coming days, we can change our habit and live a healthy blissful life.
