Stay Positive while ‘Staying at Home’
We are all aware of the whole circumstances that are occurring outside the world. So, in this tough time, it is our responsibility to stay positive while ‘staying at home’.
While we stay at home and follow the guidelines from WHO, NHS and government of the UK staying calm and stable throughout have become the foremost duty of every individual on this planet.
As we are following the media every day now and then, we must be aware of consuming the quantity and quality of information.
So, why is it important to stay calm? And how can we stay calm when all we are watching and listening is sad and scary.
In this situation, all we need to do is to practice this simple trick which is quite simple. The trick is to avoid listening, watching and talking about the catastrophe all the time. That’s how simple it is.
However, it is necessary to follow all the safety measures that have been stated by the government and the healthcare workers.
And in the meantime, we should spend our entire day by spreading positive messages to everyone. We can do this by focusing more on the bright side of the picture rather than the dark ones.
For this, our inner thought should be pure and powerful in the first place. Only then we can spread goodness to the world with a content heart and mind.
Therefore, here I have tried to highlight the bright side of the picture that we can embrace while staying at home.
How can we stay positive while ‘staying at home’?
- The first thing everyone should do when we wake up in the morning is to start the day by being grateful to the superior for the life we’ve got.
- Open the curtains and windows to let the mother nature come to us and our home. If possible, close the eyes and sit still for some time and breath. Try to include your kids to this. (Meditate)
- Stay in the morning sun for at least an hour, if any.
- Play soothing good vibration music or anything that makes you hold your ground strong.
- Bow down your head to the supreme power; whatever you believe is greater than all.
- Eat nutritious breakfast, lunch, snack and dinner to get you going. Try to eat varieties of vegetables and fruits.
- Sip hot drinks such as lemon water, green tea, herbal tea, turmeric water throughout the day.
- Do 15-30 minutes of physical exercise every day. (include your kids)
- Be happy inside and outside thinking how blessed you are and your family. For fun, try laughing games with your kids.
- Play indoor games with your kids which include lots of moving, laughing and dancing.
- Watch good-hearted movies together to maintain a cheerful mood.
- Pray and send high vibration thoughts to the whole globe; the people that are infected and who already left their souls.
- Always be a responsible citizen by taking safety measures such as maintaining personal hygiene, cleaning, maintaining social distancing, wearing masks, avoiding public gatherings and more.
These are some of the few positive attitudes that we can practice to stay stable, calm and happy in these hard times.
Further, we should not forget that the person who is content inside will always have a strong immunity power than others.
Hereby, we have to understand that even the situation outside is unstable and detrimental, we have the power to control the quality of information that goes inside us.
Therefore, while we stay at home, for now, staying and being positive is the best thing we can do to us and the entire being on this planet.
Thank you.
